What is your favorite musical instrument?

I slip away
The BPI have won a court case against CD-Wow stopping them selling
cheap CDs to the UK from abroad. This now means that they can get
cheap CDs pressed in factories abraod but I can't get a cheap CDs from
shops abroad. Doesn't sounds very globalised and free trade to me.
Almost sounds like price fixing and abuse of monopoly, but that would
be illegal, so big companies wouldn't get involved in that, right?
OK, so I'm also annoyed about the related nonsense over region-coding.
I've got a player that is not region locked, but it's old and dying,
and I want a non-region locked recorder (it's about time I transferred
all the old camcorder vids) and the high street retailers cannot tell
me which ones are and are not region locked. At least Amazon's got its
head screwed on there.
Ah well, at least I can still trust Oxfam for cheap CDs. And the
industry still has the cheek to tell us its piracy that's causing poor
sales. I'll stick up for CD-Wow, without them selling unsigned bands,
I would never have found White Buffalo. I can do without the
manufactured pap.
